2023 Fortified Chenin Blanc
A fresh take on a white Port
This fortified Chenin Blanc is made with pure fresh unadulterated Chenin Blanc juice from a tiny vineyard in Blewitt Springs. The juice was allowed to ferment a couple of baume before being fortified with clear grape spirit to produce this seductively sweet and alluring elixir.
Enjoy chilled on its own, or as a refreshing spritz poured over ice with a touch of soda water.
